To Our Shareholders and Investors

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our shareholders and investors for your continued support.

In our Mid-Term Management Plan (April 2024–March 2027), we have set the goal of “three years to lay the groundwork for achieving 50 billion yen in sales”; however, we recognize that our current progress is not yet sufficient. In light of this situation, we will reexamine our strength in “Monozukuri” (manufacturing) and work to further strengthen our business foundation.

Against the backdrop of growing demand for contact lenses both domestically and internationally, we are actively proceeding with the renewal and expansion of our manufacturing facilities to ensure a stable supply of products and to realize our future growth strategy. We have designated the period of this medium-term management plan as three years dedicated to fundamentally improving our production capacity, and in January 2026, we completed Building No. 4 at the Kōnosu Research Center. By the fiscal year ending March 2028, when the second phase of the Building No. 4 project is completed, our maximum monthly production capacity is expected to increase from the current 65 million lenses to 89.5 million lenses, and our maximum annual production capacity is projected to reach 1 billion lenses. In addition, we are making steady progress in improving manufacturing efficiency in our existing buildings, further strengthening our current manufacturing foundation. While improvements in profitability during this period will be driven primarily by the start of operations at the Building 2 Annex and the first phase of Building 4, as well as steady improvements in yield rates, we will ensure these efforts lead to medium- to long-term growth by steadily executing investments aimed at future growth.

We recognize that contact lenses have growing potential to contribute to healthcare by incorporating new functions. We will work together as a company to enhance our value to society and contribute to the development of the industry.

We ask for your continued and unwavering support.
